These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Miss Snuggleton online store. Miss Snuggleton is a brand operated by Snugglies & Smiles LLC. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Products & Personalization
All Miss Snuggleton products are made to order. Many of our items are personalized based on the information provided by the customer at checkout.
Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order, including spelling, names, and any other custom information. Once production has started, personalization details cannot be changed or corrected.
Miss Snuggleton is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
2. Order Processing & Production
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed. Because products are made to order, production typically begins shortly after an order is placed.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, seasonal demand, or operational factors. During peak periods, processing times may be longer.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs and available options are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control may occur.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are personalized and made to order, returns or refunds are not accepted for incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our side, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, arrange an appropriate solution.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

7. Limitation of Liability
