Are your blankets personalized?
Yes. Each blanket is made to order and personalized with the details you provide at checkout.
What types of blankets do you offer?
We currently offer Fleece, Plush Minky and Sherpa Blankets. Woven Blankets will be available soon.
Are the blankets suitable as gifts?
Absolutely. Our blankets are designed to be meaningful, personal keepsakes — perfect for baby showers, newborn gifts, and first birthdays.
Personalization Questions
Can I preview my personalization before ordering?
At this time, we do not provide a live preview. Please carefully review all spelling and dates before placing your order.
What if I entered the wrong name or date?
If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us within 12 hours. Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Can I include special characters or accents?
Yes, most special characters are supported. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Since each blanket is made to order, production typically takes 7–10 business days.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to the European Union.
Which carriers do you use?
Orders are fulfilled by professional print partners and shipped via carriers such as USPS or DHL.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns & Issues
Can I return a personalized blanket?
Because each item is made specifically for you, personalized blankets cannot be returned.
What if there is a printing error?
If the error was caused during production, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
What if I made a mistake when entering the personalization?
Please double-check all details before submitting your order. Customer-entered errors cannot be refunded.
