Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be processed at this time. We do not ship to the European Union.


Processing Times

All items are made to order.

Personalized blankets are produced specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not hold pre-made inventory.

Estimated processing time: 7–10 business days.

During peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after purchase

  • A shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched


Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners.

Depending on your location and product type, shipments may be handled by USPS, DHL, or other professional carriers.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.

  • Orders under $100: shipping rates are displayed at checkout

  • Orders of $100 or more: qualify for free standard shipping within the United States

Promotions or changes to shipping thresholds may occur from time to time and will always be reflected at checkout.


Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, we aim to ship them together whenever possible.

However, due to production logistics, items may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what is shown at checkout, even if items ship separately.


Delivery Time

Delivery time consists of:

  • Processing time

  • Carrier transit time

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or seasonal volume. These factors are outside our control.

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days after shipment, please contact us so we can investigate.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. Once production has begun or the order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We will review the matter with our fulfillment partners and determine an appropriate resolution.
