Personalized items

All Miss Snuggleton blankets are made to order and personalized specifically for you. For this reason, personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds if the information provided at checkout is incorrect or if you change your mind after placing an order.

Please review all personalization details carefully before completing your purchase, including spelling, names, and any other custom information.


Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Incorrect items

If you receive an item that does not match your order due to an error on our side, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and make it right.


Order changes & cancellations

Because all items are made to order, changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production has started, orders can no longer be changed or canceled.
